Cancellation Policy
1- To cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact us at least 1 or 2 days prior to your appointment. 2- A $10 fee will be applied for cancellations or rescheduling made 24 to 16 hours before your appointment. 3- The price agreed upon will remain as previously discussed.; however, taxes will be applied to your payment agreement. 4- If something is out of place or an issue occurs during the service please contact us to help you with the issue. 5- Cleaners are trained and ready for this service assignment; they will conduct themselves professionally to avoid interrupting you. 6- Please respect our cleaning staff during and after the service. Thank you!
